Welcome to Sanguine Immigration Consultancy Inc, a full-service Canadian immigration firm based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Our team is led by Sarabjit Kaur Bharmi (RCIC-IRB) who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is also a member of Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

Since our establishment in 2021, we have been guided by the principles of honesty and reliability, always striving to offer practical and effective solutions within the bounds of the Canadian immigration rules and regulations.

Our clients range from Canadian companies seeking to hire foreign workers or transferring personnel internationally, to individuals who wish to live, work and study in Canada or re-unite with family members. WHO IS AN RCIC-IRB?

RCIC is the short form for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, a designated professional title for a group of active Canadian immigration law practitioners. RCICs are regulated by a government backed regulator – the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), through legislation.

RCIC-IRB is an upgraded class L3 license of CICC, which allows the holder to practice unrestrictedly, even in front of Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

Starting July 1, 2023, all IRB cases to be handled by a RCIC must have RCIC-IRB license.

As an RCIC-IRB license holder, Sarabjit Kaur Bharmi is authorized to unrestricted practice and to represent a client either in Canada or at any international Canadian Immigration office including, Claims, appeals, admissibility hearings and detention reviews with the following Government organizations:

  • Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
  • Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB)
  • Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
  • Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)
